I have an itouch and have a free texting app. I live in California but I have a beach house in Cabo San Lucas which isn't in the U.S I'll be there for 5 months. Can I use that texting app there if my house has wifi? Or how does that work? My phone will be off because I don't wanna get back and have a 5,000 dollar phone bill like last year. I want to know if it will still work if its in another country.
