I am going on a Carnival Cruise Monday and we stop in Cabo on Wednesday... for 8 hours. We do not want to pay for the shore excursions, but wanna do stuff on our own. We have heard about Cabo Wabo, but my new hubby also wants to rent ATV's or something. Part 1- can we rent scooters or motorcyles near the pier if we wanna just go around ourselves? Part 2- has anyone done it "on their own" and can give me some tips??
